Dr. Bhupinder Singh working as an Assistant Professor at the Amity Law School, Amity University, Noida (Uttar Pradesh). He has obtained LL.B Degree from Punjabi University, Patiala. He obtained his Ph. D Degree in Law from Punjabi University, Patiala, (Punjab) India. The field of health law has been of special interest to him. He has also published many research papers on health law invarious national and international journals, chapters in books and in conference proceedings. During this period he examined laws governing or needing health law generally and child related health law particularly developments in India and at International level. His Ph. D research duration was instrumental in expanding his research interest from grass root level to international aspects of law governing child health.

Sudhir Sharma has been practising since 1984 and has a vast and extensive experience in the field of litigation. He has appeared in different cases in relevance to criminal and civil litigation.
